By using sympleproducts.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. These terms may change; the date above reflects the current version, and continued use after changes means acceptance.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this site or purchase our products. By ordering, you certify that you meet this requirement. We may cancel and refund any order where we cannot reasonably verify eligibility, and adult signature may be required on delivery in some states.
Intended Use
All products sold on this site are intended for use with legal herbs, tobacco, and other lawful substances only. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your state and locality. Nothing on this site is an encouragement to use any product unlawfully, and we do not ship to jurisdictions where our products are prohibited.
Orders, Pricing & Availability
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — if we decline after payment, you receive a full refund. Promotions and discount codes can't be combined unless stated, and bundle discounts apply only while all bundle items remain in the order.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping timelines, costs, and our 30-day return policy are described on the Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, except as covered by our damaged-arrival policy.
Warranty & Liability
Products are covered against manufacturing defects as described in our returns policy. Beyond that, products are provided as-is, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for misuse, breakage from normal use of glass, or indirect damages.
Your Account
If you create an account, keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Symple name, logo, product designs, photography, and site content are our property or used with permission. Don't reproduce them commercially without written consent.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and both parties consent to that venue.
