What We Collect
When you place an order: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and order details. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection — we never see or store full card numbers.
When you browse: standard analytics data such as pages visited, device type, and general location, collected via cookies. When you sign up for our email list: your email address and your consent record.
How We Use It
To process and ship your orders, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, improve the site, and — only if you subscribed — send marketing emails. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe. We verify age eligibility (21+) as required for the products we sell.
Who We Share It With
Only the services required to run the store: our payment processor (to charge your card), shipping carriers (to deliver your box), our email platform (to send the emails you signed up for), and analytics providers. Each receives only what they need to do their job.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever. Your purchase history stays between you and us, subject only to valid legal process.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your session, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout may not function without essential ones.
How Long We Keep It
Order records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per our analytics provider's standard windows.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're legally required to keep). Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under laws like the CCPA. To exercise any of these, contact us — we respond within 30 days.
Age Requirement
This site and our products are for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and we cancel orders we believe were placed by minors.
